Start a count of every area, or narrow it to one, then scan the items physically there. Nothing is added or used up (read only); the audit just shows what you have scanned against what Grocy expects, so missing or out of place items stand out. If your count turns up differences, you can choose to apply them to Grocy when you are done; nothing changes unless you do.
